Unser Haus bietet 4 frisch und liebevoll renovierte und 3-Sterne DTV-zertifizierte Ferienwohnungen im malerischen Menzenschwand im Hochschwarzwald. Alle Wohnungen sind mit Parkettböden, neuen Küchenzeilen und neuen Bädern ausgestattet. Zudem bieten wir ein gemütliches Doppelzimmer (franz. Bett 140 x 200) in unserem Haus an, welches nach Absprache als zusätzliches Zimmer für max. 2 Personen gebucht werden kann. WLAN ist kostenfrei in allen Wohnungen nutzbar. Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine Sauna, die Benutzung ist inklusive. Saunatücher können gegen eine Gebühr von 2 EUR geliehen werden. Die große Gymnastikhalle mit circa 95 qm mit Echtholzparkett verfügt über einen Tischkicker, eine Tischtennisplatte und diverse Kleingeräte für Sportbegeisterte. Bei Wind und Wetter kann hier Sport getrieben oder getobt werden. Ein Bluetooth-Lautsprecher ist vorhanden. Zugang zur Gymnastikhalle ist über den Hausflur im 2. Obergeschoss möglich. Zur freien Verfügung stehen außerdem 4 Mountainbikes (3 x Erwachsene, 1 x Junior). Im Außenbereich gibt es ein Trampolin und Sitzgelegenheiten laden zum Entspannen ein. Weiterhin sind einige Gesellschaftsspiele und Bücher vorhanden. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Kaffeeautomat und ein Getränkekühlschrank (kostenpflichtig). Der Ski- und Fahrradkeller, sowie der Waschraum dienen zur Allgemeinnutzung. Im Waschraum sind eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner vorhanden. Direkt neben der Unterkunft gibt es eine kleine Bäckerei, dort bekommen Sie morgens frische Brötchen oder können sich mit einem leckeren Frühstück verwöhnen lassen können. Brötchenservice möglich. Parken können Sie direkt vor dem Haus. Die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 150 m entfernt. Im Ort befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurantes und 2 Cafés. Das Radon-Thermalbad ist zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet mit der HTG-Gästekarte täglich 2 Stunden kostenlosen Eintritt. Im Winter laufen 2 Skilifte im Ort. Ein Anfängerlift und einer für Geübte Skifahrer.
Das 57 qm große Appartement besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch mit Zugang zum Balkon sowie einer voll ausgestatteten Wohnküche mit Küchenzeile, Eckbank, 2 Stühlen und Esstisch. Die Wohnung ist für maximal 4 Personen geeignet. Die Küchenzeile ist ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Eisfach, Geschirrspülmaschine, vierflammigem Herd, Backofen, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer Schlafcouch (Liegefläche 140 cm x 200cm), einem hübschen Sekretär, einer Kommode und einem Fernseher ausgestattet. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein gemütliches Doppelbett (180 cm x 200 cm) und einen Kleiderschrank. Tageslicht-Duschbad mit Dusche, Toilette und Fön. Auf Anfrage können wir Ihnen Bügeleisen, Hochstuhl oder ein Babybett zur Nutzung anvertrauen. Der Ausblick geht auf die gegenüberliegenden Wälder.
