The Space:
Must be 25 years of age to book. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No Smoking of any kind, including vaping or e-cigarettes, are not allowed on the property. NO drugs. NO Parties allowed. All guests, regardless of the time on the property, must be registered for security purposes. Only preapproved guests are allowed on the property. Breaking the rules will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without refund. The house is not child-proof. The pool and other dangers are easily accessible to an unsupervised child.
