Positive: The apartment itself was modern and clean. Great location , lots of space, close to the airport and restaurants.
Negative: I reserved this apartment as a ‘non-refundable’ booking a week in advance. When we got to the apartment we had been travelling the entire day and we were completely exhausted. We arrived at 9pm and the staff informed us that they rented our room to someone else because they didn’t know if we were coming or not. They stated they had messaged me early to confirm , however, because I was travelling I didn’t have service so I was unable to reply. I found this completely unprofessional. I have travelled a lot and have used booking.com many times, this should not be allowed by any circumstance. Fortunately, after about an hour of going back-and-forth with the staff, they set us up in another room.
