Recently renovated family house close to Périgueux and its monuments and 16 km from Brantôme. Around to visit : castles of Bourdeilles and Puyguilhem, caves of Villars, village of St Jean de Côle, museum of the truffles in Sorges. 400 m from the cottage you can enjoy outdoor communal games. 500 m from the greenway (walking, cycling, rollerblading...). Fishing possible at 800 m. The Golf of Périgueux at 2 km offers an 18-hole course. Animals accepted with deposit only on the ground floor.
On the ground floor, you have 2 steps outside to access a beautiful entrance with a sitting area followed by a large living room with a dining room. You will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen. You will have 1 bedroom with a single bed, 1 bedroom with a large double bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs,you will have 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and a mezzanine with games and books. In the enclosed garden, you can walk around the house. Garden furniture and barbecue. Baby equipment.
