The upper floor of the house, at the level of the garden in front of the house, has been transformed into a cozy country house. On the lower floor, with access from the back of the house, there are some locked rooms. The cottage is ideally located to visit the main destinations of Umbria such as Perugia, Assisi, Deruta, famous for its ceramics production and Todi with its fascinating old town. Guests can enjoy spacious, inviting outdoor areas, where there is also a spacious sun terrace and the beautiful equipped swimming pool (depth 1.4 m) with Roman steps, changing room, outdoor shower and shower bath. In addition, a covered outdoor seating area, a beautiful large panoramic terrace overlooking Assisi and an equipped barbecue area invite you to enjoy relaxing outdoor meals and 'Dolce Far Niente'.
