The home is located on a corner property directly on the water and has a private pier for fishing or docking your boat. The yard has a fire pit, perfect for evening talks as you watch the boats meander by.
Inside, the fresh, airy interior welcomes you with comfortable furnishings. The living room has two seating areas ideal for small groups to break off to play games or chat about the day's activities. The fully equipped kitchen is just off the living room and comes with a breakfast bar with four barstools. To the side is a dining area.
