With fresh renovations, high-end finishes, and a calm coastal palette, it offers a comfortable, classic retreat close to the sand and within walking distance of the Cougar Point Clubhouse, community pool and scenic bike paths.
Inside, the living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together with high ceilings, soft natural light, all professionally decorated with coastal ambience. The kitchen features custom cabinetry, quartz counters, and quality appliances, making it easy to prepare meals or enjoy a relaxed morning coffee.
