Welcome to this beautiful house located on Tjörn by the Hakefjord, a house with 2 apartments that is perfect for two families to rent. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the first with two single beds 90 cm, the second with a double bed. In a new and modern style, the kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The living room is large and cozy with comfortable furniture and a wood stove. From here you come out to one of the house's 3 balconies. On the lower floor, it is easiest to reach if you go to the back of the house, here you have your own entrance with a lovely patio where you can sit and enjoy the morning's hot drink. In the entrance you enter a wonderfully colorful kitchen that is well equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, stove, fridge freezer, on the same floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable sofa that can easily be turned into a sofa bed, a living room with a TV, a wood burning stove, a large bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is located in a quiet cottage area with only 250 meters to Olsnäs' child-friendly swimming area with beach. To get there, you can walk through a sheep paddock along a beautiful footpath. In 2014, Tjörn was ranked as the world's seventh most beautiful wilderness area. The island's range of outdoor activities and attractions is large. Here you will find, among other things, the Nordic Watercolor Museum, Dyrön with Dyröleden, Pilane Graveyard and a number of nice restaurants and shops all over the island. Tjörn and its surroundings are ideal for paddling, fishing, swimming, climbing and fine trails for both hiking and cycling. The viewpoints replace each other. Warm welcome!
