There are 124 m2 with an annex and activity room. In addition, a wonderfully enclosed and completely secluded terrace / patio. The house itself is newly painted and consists of a new kitchen in an open environment together with a dining area and living room. From there direct access to patio and sun terrace. Furthermore, hallway, bathroom and two bedrooms each with two beds. Built together with the main house and which is also adjacent to the courtyard, there is a large, exciting activity room, where you can have fun with, among other things. darts and table tennis. Next to the main house is the annex, which consists of a TV room with sofa bed and at the end of the living room there is a double bed. Furthermore, bathroom and kitchen with i.a. fridge / freezer. The annex has an independent cozy terrace. Well-laid and lovely secluded landscaped plot of almost 1,200 m2 and with only approx. 300m to the water. Turn on the grill and enjoy the sun and the silence. Not for rent to youth groups.
