One kilometer from our farm, in a wonderfully quiet location at 1,050 m above sea level, it stands: The “Malfleischhube” alpine hut.
When relaxing on the (weather-protected) terrace, you can gaze out into the surrounding meadows and fields, the herb bed provides a wonderfully aromatic fragrance. A fountain in front of the house with fresh spring water refreshes body and mind.
The nearby pond invites you to splash around and go fishing. For those who prefer something a little warmer, we've recently launched a special feature: a heated “hot pot” can accommodate 6 people and gives the term “Alm-Wellness” a special touch.
Also impressive are the “inner values” on no less than 90 m² of living space:
On the ground floor of the alpine hut there is a kitchen with an old brick wood stove for cooking, heating, water heating, drying shoes and clothes. Real sustainability: The electricity for the light (and for cell phone charging) is provided directly by the solar power through a solar system. You can cook with gas or on a wood stove.
Up to 8 people can end the day comfortably on the large seating area in the farmhouse parlor. The bedrooms (two 2-bed and one 4-bed room) are made of high quality wood. And you do not have to do without sanitary comfort in this beautiful alpine hut, there is also a separate toilet with water rinsing and a bathroom with bathtub (cold water, the warm water is heated in the wood-burning stove using a "wooden ship").
