Private beach with umbrella and two chairs. 1 underground parking space. Smoking allowed only on the loggia (balcony). No pets. The lift takes you directly from the underground car park barrier-free to the beach and in the apartment located on the first floor. Rent my lovely little apartment for the first time. Have her nicely prepared for her. A nice bunk bed (bunk) in which your children will feel good is separated from the living room by a sliding door. The house has other apartments are housed, any negative reviews do not affect my apartment.
