The apartment is located in the historic center of Borghetto Santo Spirito , 80 meters from the beach . It is located on the second and last floor of an authentic Italian house anno 1800, has 2 large bedrooms both with a private bathroom and air conditioning, cozy living room, kitchen and a lovely roof terrace where you can eat and sunbathe. The apartment has a garage for storing bicycles, surfboards and beach equipment. There is a large free parking lot not far from the house. Shops , restaurants and the bus stop are around the corner. The train station can be reached on foot. Borghetto has received the international "Bandiera Blu" blue flag 2025 for its clean sea water!
There is both a free beach with shower and toilet, as well as a paid beach where you can rent sun loungers and cabins at an affordable price. You will find yourself among the friendly Italian people.
Borghetto is an ancient city with open-air theater, live music, beautiful sights, a pleasant boulevard and many culinary activities. There is an outdoor swimming pool nearby in Loano (3 km) and the swimming paradise "Le Caravelle" in Ceriale 4 km away.
No Elevator available. There are two high staircases. Not suitable for children under 6 years old and for people with walking difficulties.
Pets not allowed. The holiday apartment on the first floor is not rented out, we use this ourselves.
