South Devon is home to an action-packed events calendar. Tunes on the Sands is hosted annually on Blackpool Sands, a stone’s throw from the village. On the ground floor, a welcoming entrance hall leads to a well-equipped utility room, (complete with washing machine and tumble dryer), cloakroom, and internal access to the garage. The newly fitted handmade kitchen and dining area form the heart of the home, complete with an induction range and French doors opening onto the garden. The cosy sitting room offers further garden access and a wood-burning stove for relaxing evenings.
Upstairs, the bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind.
• Bedroom 1 sits at the front of the house, offering a king-sized bed, a generous en suite, chest of drawers, and ample hanging space.
• Bedroom 2 features another king-sized bed, en suite bathroom, wardrobe, and glimpses of the sea through large opening doors that highlight the beautiful oak beams.
• Bedroom 3 is arranged as a twin but can be joined to create a super-king bed (requested at least seven days before arrival). It offers Velux windows, plenty of drawer and hanging space, and sits beside the family bathroom.
• Bedroom 4 includes a double bed, drawer storage, a Velux window, and shares the family bathroom with Bedroom 3.
The upper landing provides elevated views across the property and a wonderful opportunity to appreciate the craftsmanship of the oak structure.
Outside, the garden has been thoughtfully landscaped to create a peaceful haven. Lavender borders, olive trees, a raised deck, and sun-soaked terraces offer inviting spots to relax throughout the day. Please note, all duvets and pillows are feather, we ask that you bring your own should you be allergic and advise us in advance.

The property is supplied with a stairgate and highchair but ask guests to bring their own travel cot.

We welcome one well-behaved pet, please include in your booking and we ask that they are not left alone in the property or allowed on the furniture.
