Stoke Fleming offers a beautiful local community, with local amenities including a post office, village store, local pub and delicious restaurant and the award winning Blackpool Sands beach is just a fifteen minute walk away. Set in the heart of the village, Cedar House is the perfectly located to be a part of the community during Your Devon Escape.
Explore the stunning South Hams area with its small coastal towns, known for their cobbled streets, quaint boutiques, galleries, and reputable restaurants. Enjoy stomps on the South West Coast Path, literally on your doorstep, to find hidden coves and beautiful coastal views. Designed by award-winning local architects and built around a striking oak frame, it exudes warmth and personality throughout. Fully renovated and beautifully presented, it offers generous living spaces, a serene garden, and the practicality of a double garage and private parking.
On the ground floor, a welcoming entrance hall leads to a well-equipped utility room, (complete with washing machine and tumble dryer), cloakroom, and internal access to the garage. The newly fitted handmade kitchen and dining area form the heart of the home, complete with an induction range and French doors opening onto the garden. The cosy sitting room offers further garden access and a wood-burning stove for relaxing evenings.
Upstairs, the bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind.
• Bedroom 1 sits at the front of the house, offering a king-sized bed, a generous en suite, chest of drawers, and ample hanging space.
• Bedroom 2 features another king-sized bed, en suite bathroom, wardrobe, and glimpses of the sea through large opening doors that highlight the beautiful oak beams.
• Bedroom 3 is arranged as a twin but can be joined to create a super-king bed (requested at least seven days before arrival). It offers Velux windows, plenty of drawer and hanging space, and sits beside the family bathroom.
• Bedroom 4 includes a double bed, drawer storage, a Velux window, and shares the family bathroom with Bedroom 3.
The upper landing provides elevated views across the property and a wonderful opportunity to appreciate the craftsmanship of the oak structure.
Outside, the garden has been thoughtfully landscaped to create a peaceful haven.
