This is a quiet residential area and a large multi-unit home. Each apartment has separate entrances and exits. This unit has a very large kitchen, beautiful tiled bathroom, lovely living room, and sitting area with lg tvs. A spacious area in the back to be able to sit and read a book. Very quiet, very quaint, fun neighborhood.

Summary: I needed a place to stay for a month while awaiting my new home after closing while the tenant stayed to clean and get moved out. The place was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Peaceful and much better than staying in a noisy extended stay hotel. The price was also absolutely right with a discount for extended stay. Very grateful that I found Wendy and her nice apartment.
