Offering three bedrooms with built in robes, 2 queen size beds and a king single. Two living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and two large courtyards perfect for enjoying the Melbourne Summer. Located 5 minutes from the Puckle Street Shopping precinct and a short stroll to the train station you have all you need at your doorstep. Flemington race course is a 5 minute taxi ride away so we are in the perfect spot to make the most of Melbourne’s famous racing carnival. Your dog is welcome as long as you arrange this with us first. We look forward to welcoming you in to our lovely home.

5 minutes from the well known Puckle street shopping and restaurant precinct, 5 minutes drive and easily accessible by tram from the Flemington race course. 10 minutes walk to Moonee Valley racecourse, 15 minute train ride to the city centre and all the fabulous sports stadiums in Melbourne.
We are just 5 minutes walk from the Moonee Ponds Train Station, and a 10 minute walk to the tram stop. On street parking is available.
We are located in a residential area and this is my home so please respect this. If you do have a pet please clean up after them.
The backyard is enclosed and safe for dogs.
