Located in the heart of Southern California’s upscale Orange County, Laguna Woods is a short 4.5 mile drive to relaxing Laguna Beach with shops, award winning restaurants and art galleries.
This is a short-term rental with a minimum 56-day lease. It is currently available for stays of 56 days or more on the following dates:

This recently remodeled and completely furnished unit is located only 200 steps from Clubhouse 5, one of the largest clubhouses in the community with an Olympic sized pool, spa, gym, classes, parties, performances, dinners and more. Laguna Woods offers a 27-hole golf course plus a par 3 course, 5 pools, 7 clubhouses, Multiple Tennis, Pickleball and Bocce courts and over 250 social clubs.
The condo was completely remodeled in the first quarter of 2023. It has everything you will need to enjoy your vacation including VERY comfortable new Westin Heavenly beds (one King and one Queen), new top of the line stainless steel appliances, Reclining quality leather furniture, new Samsung TVs in every room, a Premium cable tv package with 65+ channels and 4 Movie Packages plus Blazing fast internet at 250 Mbps. There is a freshly remodeled great room, remote control electric fireplace, dining room, eating bar, built in desk / work station, wine refrigerator, two roomy bedrooms with a second work station in one, two baths with walk in showers, a dressing area with a remarkable amount of closet space as well as a quiet, private patio with a new Ninja Outdoor Grill, a dining table, comfortable arm chairs and a peaceful territorial view of Laguna Canyon.
There is a private, enclosed one car garage with a driveway just steps from the unit entrance.
There is a short application, a credit report and a background check. Laguna Woods requires that at least one resident must be 55 years of age or older.
Owner pays for water, trash, the Premium cable tv package outlined above as well as the internet. All exterior maintenance, gardening and 24 HR security are included in the rental amount. Tenant pays for electricity and is expected to keep the unit clean during their occupancy.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay in this lovely property. It was everything we had hoped. The condo was clean and stocked with all new utensils; cleaners even came during our stay. We were greeted by the friendly property manager when we arrived and he helped us navigate the check-in process. The owner, Marsha, was in contact throughout our stay to make certain all was well. The condo is conveniently located near Clubhouse #5 where many events/activities are held. It is built on a gentle rolling hillside so you have a clear view of the mountains in the distance. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. It is a Laguna Woods treasure.
