The house with an area of 120m2 has a large, 815m2 enclosed garden with trees, with a large wooden terrace, corner, facing south and west and an outdoor shower.
It consists of a large living / dining room with mezzanine and high ceilings (more than 5m) and fireplace; all living rooms have French doors or bay windows opening onto the wooden terrace. Adjoining, the industrial style kitchen (and pantry) also opens onto a terrace.
The house has on the ground floor 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160, a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 and 1 bedroom with 4 pull-out beds of 80 which can also be arranged in 2 beds of 160. A bathroom with shower and double sink and a separate toilet complete this space.
