La villa, sans vis a vis, se compose d'un rez de chaussée avec une grande pièce de vie cheminée cuisine à l'américaine entièrement équipée
Une espace nuit avec 2 belles chambres comprenant chacune 2 lits de 90 x 190, grande salle de bain douche et toilettes séparées avec lave mains.
Possibilité couchage d'appoint pour 2 jeunes personnes sur la mezzanine.
Grand garage avec espace cuisine d'été équipée de 2 réfrigérateurs et 2 congélateurs, donnant sur une terrasse.
Buanderie avec lave linge et sèche linge. Douche extérieure rince pieds retour de plage.
La villa est située au bout d'une impasse menant à la baie de Gatzeau.. Environnement sécurisé pour l'accès a la plage avec les enfants. Forêt et la thalasso sont à proximité. La gare du petit train se trouve à l'entrée de l'impasse, le petit train dessert les plages et surtout la grande plage.
Possibilité de prêt de vélos sur place. Caution incluant le prêt des vélos est demandée en début de séjour et restituée en fin de séjour selon l'état de lieux.
