Positive: Location walking distance from the beach and village. Comfortable and well equipped. Garden and pool were nice
Negative: Cleaning upon checking in was not good. The exterior sofas were covered in sand. The swimming pool was dirty, with lots of dead bugs on the bottom. The owner was informed, but it was cleaned 2 days before checking out. We were told that pool maintenance is only made on tuesdays and thursdays, but nobody showed up on tuesday. We asked for tools to clean it, but nothing happened. One of the bathrooms' sewage was blocked. We could not use it until 3 days after checking in, when finally someone showed up to fix it. The sewage box outside was flooded and there was a constant sewage smell. The bbq sink was leaking and out of service. Despite all of this, we were enjoying our stay and we waiting problems to be fixed patiently. However, we didn't feel the same attitude from the owner when, the day after checking out, we got a message from them asking about a missing awning remote control, suggesting that if it was not found it would mean she had to replace all the awning and it would cost 2000 euros. The remote was found after a few hours. The house was part of an under construction condominium, so it was noisy
