The spacious master is on a separate wing of the house with an en suite bathroom. The second bathroom is in the hallway between the two other bedrooms. Plenty of room to spread out in the country with a short 15 minute drive to downtown Waco. There is so much to do in and around Waco including Valley Mills Vineyards, Lake Waco, Mayborn Museum, Baylor University, Magnolia Silos, Waco Zoo, and so much more!! You never know who you might see while you're visiting! There is an additional neighboring 2/2 vacation rental on the same property that can be added or rented separately.

Summary: We stayed at this house with two families, one with a 2 year old, and the other with a 5, 3, and 1 year old. One bedroom was basically sound proofed, but may not get as cool as the rest of the house. Each room had a white noise machine, which was a nice feature! The kitchen was fully stocked with tools, but the can opener was too weak to open a can of beans. We got to use the fire pit, which is powered by a propane tank, and the grill (pilot light didn't work so we had to buy a long lighter to get it started). Don't forget to bring your own bottled water unless you are ok drinking tap water! The house was very clean and comfortable. It is a little far to drive to downtown Waco, but not all that bad if you don't have to make a trip back to the house mid-day and drive back to town. All in all, it was a great little house!
