5 Bedroom Villa in Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas

Maid included with all stays daily 9-4 pm. Chef also available for an extra fee. Please inquire.
Food is not included but groceries can be pre stocked and meals can be prepared for your arrival and daily as requested thereafter. Chef can also be arranged for dinners.
Situated on the Pacific side of the private gated community of The Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas Mexico, Villa Ponticello offers a warm welcome to all her guests. Located one block from the private Pedregal Beach, this beautiful, 5 year new, 4800 sq. ft. 5 bedroom, 7 bathroom home is perfect for your home away from home.
As you enter the home a beautiful living, dining and kitchen area with a deck and view of the Pacific Ocean offer the comforts of home. The master suite is located on the top floor and four additional suites, including a second master, are located below at pool level. There is a media room with office, computer, fax and Internet services.
This stunning villa is located adjacent to a small park and large 75 foot lap swimming pool. Outdoor space features a beautiful view of the common area and Pacific Ocean, a heated pool with an outdoor shower and jacuzzi/hot tub, large patio and grand terrace. This custom built home has luxury finishes and furnishings.

Also a queen sofa sleeper available (super comfortable)
We have two single cots for set up for children and they can be set up in any king size bedroom
In total we can sleep 12 adults and 2 children under 12 comfortably on beds.

Outdoor Shower located by the pool
Not suitable for Spring Breakers or party groups or bachelor parties. Situated in a gated neighborhood, residents of the elite neighborhood will not tolerate loud music/party atmosphere and renters bear cost of noise or other penalties assessed onsite. Deposit of $1,000US will be refunded if noise/violations with HOA do not occur.

Summary: Second trip to this house. We rented this house out with a group of friends, and had the most amazing time! The house is beautiful, clean, very spacious, and in a perfect location. 10 min cab to all of the restaurants/bars, and a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. The chef was the amazing. She was such a fantastic chef, and never let us lift a finger the entire time we were there. I highly recommend this house.
