The best views Breck has to offer! This is a large mountain top "condo" that is more like a townhouse. Views to die for! You will also have one indoor garage parking space and there is additional outdoor parking. This is for two units! Very unique setup. More room and better setup than the three bedrooms. The top unit is a master 1 bedroom condo, but sleeps 4+ very comfortably. You will feel right at home with free Wi-Fi, garage parking, shared hot tub room, BBQ grills, wood burning fireplace, large flat screen TV, Washer & Dryer in the unit, Large, fully stocked, kitchen and a private balcony. There is no pool on site however you can get free passes to the recreation center from the front desk! Very large Master bedroom (that you could put another rollway in for a child or sleeping bags on the floor) with a very large bathroom with full size bathtub, separate shower and separate toilet area. Full size, fully stocked kitchen with a bar & bar stools, island and a large dining table. Private balcony, a very large living room, fireplace with a sleeper sofa and another couch! You will have all of the comforts of home and plenty of room if you want to celebrate Christmas and cook a big meal!
That is not all! You then have a studio unit downstairs that has it's own private entrance and you can lock off as well for privacy! Perfect for guests, in-laws...gives your guests privacy when needed. This is considered a studio but has two queen beds a kitchenette, a bathroom and a huge storage closet.
The bus for skiing or going in town is steps away at the corner of the property! There is also a game room, with a pool table, shuffleboard, board games, books and video rentals. Everything is provided like a hotel but you get the warmth of a home.
