Centrally located with easy access on and off the island as well as proximity to beaches, Redfern Village, and other entertainment.
This newly updated unit has high ceilings, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, engineered hardwood flooring throughout and a large primary suite with a walk-in closet that comfortably sleeps eight guests with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a private garage and laundry room.
A large open main living and dining room provides the perfect setting to enjoy morning coffee with a newly added screened patio with ceiling fan and new furniture that comfortably seats six in a private backyard. The kitchen with stainless steel and granite countertops is well stocked with cookware, small appliances, dishes, and utensils and has newly added additional bar top seating for four and a dining room table that seats six.
The main living area features a new chase sectional that converts from a sofa to a sleeper for two along with additional seating and updated ceiling fans throughout. There are three bedrooms with a king bed in the primary bedroom and queen beds in the two guest bedrooms. All bedrooms have flat screens with Roku Smart TV access along with HULU and speedy WIFI access. Overflow guest parking is conveniently located across from the townhome.
