Charming cottage with terrace in a wooded area by the pool, located in Calviac in Périgord in the heart of Périgord Noir, near the Dordogne river and 10 km from the medieval city of Sarlat.
The "olivier" gîte, cosy, comfortable, single-storey is fully equipped with an air conditioned living room / kitchen, one bedroom with a queen size bed, a shower room and separated toilets.
You will appreciate the peace and quiet of the area.

Summary: Property is very clean well equipped and perfectly placed to explore the area , we enjoyed the pool the wild life and the local towns and markets. Alexandria was nice and very helpful. We had a lovely time there and would recommend it to anyone.
