Independent house 100 meters from the sea. Parking, large garden, terraces with spectacular views. 20 km (15 minutes) from Palermo, 40 km from Cefalรน, in a very quiet residential area, not far from the station and motorway junction. The ideal place to stay in relax to comfortably visit the beauties of western Sicily.
The house is on two levels: downstairs there is a double sofa bed, TVand access to the bathroom with bidet and walk-in shower; above the wooden mezzanine there is a double bed with wardrobe space, and windows with sea view.
The house has air conditioning and wifi. Around the house there is a large garden with trees, pond, a pergola with climbing vine tree, a large terrace with kitchen, induction hob, washing machine.
Fenced property, independent access, private parking.
The large beach of about a kilometer, of sand and pebbles, is located right in front of the house and can be accessed freely by an underpass a hundred meters from the house. The beach has free areas and areas served with umbrellas and deck chairs. There are also many other beaches and coves in the surroundings that you can explore in relaxation or for snorkeling.
The area is residential, with predominantly summer attendance. The beach is very beautiful and wide. It is close to Palermo, Cefalรน and other tourist attractions of western Sicily, but far from the chaos of the city. And the sea is a three-minute walk away!
A car is recommended. The accommodation has private parking. The train station is 3 km away, as is the village where the nearest shops are located.
Me and my family are in another house nearby but with independent access, for any need of guests.
