In Ladby you can see a Viking ship, and in Nyborg you will find the oldest royal castle in the north, in the Fjord and Belt Centre you can experience the sea and everything beneath its surface, in Vissenbjerg there is a terrarium, and you can also visit Egeskov Slot, Hasmark Strand Feriepark and of course all the sights in Odense, where there is plenty to experience. Nyborg is a lovely town with a golf course, water park, museums and good restaurants, and you can do some good shopping here. As Nyborg is centrally located by the Great Belt Bridge and the motorway, just a few minutes from the house, you can make excellent excursions from here.
