With four true seasons, there is always something fun to do outside on the Adirondack Coast - swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, camping, bicycling, leaf peeping, skiing, snowmobiling, etc. The Adirondacks, Green Mountains, Montreal, Lake Placid, and Burlington are all an easy drive away. So the number of outdoor sports, festivals, wineries, breweries, concerts, restaurants, museums, and theaters is very high.

The property is in driving distance to downhill & cross country ski areas in NY and Vermont. The closest downhill/alpine skiing areas are Beartown (~20 minutes), Whiteface (~45 minutes), and Titus (~60 minutes). A little farther afield are slopes in Vermont.
