Our 1920’s apartment is located in the quiet, historic Old Northeast neighborhood of downtown St. Pete. The apartment is part of a historical triplex and has been remodeled featuring a new bathroom and kitchen.
You enter the apartment building with your keyless electronic door lock code. Entry code will be furnished to you prior to your arrival. The keys to your apartment will be in a lock box next to the apartment door. There are only two apartments in the building and you access both apartments at the small landing at the top of the stairs.
The apartment is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, taverns and shopping; 3 blocks to Sunken Gardens and Great Explorations; 9 blocks to the waterfront North Shore Park; 14 blocks to downtown and the Sundial. The beach is just 9 miles away.
This apartment features a king size bed, a full size sofa in the living room and a kitchen fully equipped to prepare meals at home. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo. Features include hardwood floors throughout, washer/dryer combo unit inside the apartment, central AC and heat. We also offer a full size washer and dryer downstairs in a storage room. There are 2 flat screen SmartTV's (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) and WiFi also included. An enclosed shared courtyard is available. The garage under the apartment has beach chairs and cooler for your convenience. You may also store your suitcases or other items.
Cleaning services are available for an additional fee - available upon request.
We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, power towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, coffee filters and coffee.
