Any noise complaints will result in a warning first notice and a $500 fine and eviction on the second notice. There is a $500 fine for smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoor spaces. This applies to all forms of smoking, including but not limited to tobacco, cannabis and vaping. Garbage needs to be sorted into cans/plastic recycling, paper, green bin (compost) and garbage. Any guest that misuses the property, such as but not limited to: hosting a party, using the property for prostitution services, causing damage to the property and/or disturbing other residents will be charged a $500 fine, plus any applicable cleaning fees and/or costs to repair or replace any damaged property or of any cancelled bookings.
