Ongoing renovations continue in response to the impact of Hurricane Ian. There may be construction noise during normal business hours to repair the damage and contractors are often present. Please note the following when planning a visit:
Atriums, tennis courts, and pickleball courts will start construction in 2025 but no start date and end date have been provided. One only pickleball court is open. The pool is currently available.
Construction materials will most likely still be on site but are neatly kept in one location
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
