Situated on picturesque Banderas Bay, just 10 miles from the Puerto Vallarta airport (20 minute drive), this luxurious, private beach front resort has incredible ocean, beach views and mountain views. You'll find fine dining at your fingertips and amenities galore. This is the perfect place to create lasting memories.
This is 2 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Villa and can accommodate 6 people comfortably. This Villa has been converted into a single unit rather than a lock-off (side A & B). Perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 or a family vacation!

- 2nd Bedroom with 2 Queen-Size Beds โ€“ it features a full bathroom, a huge closet area with a safe. There is also a mini-bar area that includes a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. In addition, there is a dresser with a TV, sitting area and make-up area! Perfect for your children, extra guests or friends!

A cleaning fee of $95 is required and will be used toward the final cleaning of the villa. Additional cleaning can be purchased and coordinated through the concierge upon arrival.
Cancellation Notice:
Regardless of when cancelled, Holiday rentals are non-refundable. However, if the Owner re-rents the Premises for that same period, Owner will refund that portion of the rent paid that is recovered by Owner re-renting the Premises for that same period less: 1) a $500.00 USD administration fee; AND 2) the VRBO fees (including โ€œservice feesโ€), if any.
With the exception of Holiday rentals, reservations may be cancelled up to sixty (60) days prior to commencement of the rental period. If cancelled between 30 โ€“ 60 days before commencement of rental period, 50% will be refunded. If the Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days from the commencement of the rental period, the entire amount is non-refundable.

Summary: I arranged for my mother, sister and sister's 3 teenage sons to meet up in PV for a week long stay in Deno's lovely Estancia villa. Deno gets all the stars for being one of the most hospitable and communicative owners I have worked with. Her villa is lovely, with all the amenities you might need and it has been recently updated, which makes it unique to some of the other villas at the resort. The staff at Estancia are warm and made my family feel at home for their week in PV, and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. The teens also enjoyed having a swimmable beach just steps beyond the pool. Thank you Deno for all of your assistance in creating a wonderful trip for my family.
