Positive: The townhome was spacious. We enjoyed the room and the large kitchen area. It was nice to have laundry and a garage. The unit was quiet and the air conditioning worked well. Overall it was satisfactory, but multiple small issues prevented it from being a great stay.
Negative: Lacking a garage door opener meant a walk around the complex every time the car was moved from the garage, which was the only parking option. The neighborhood was ok. There were some things that went wrong/broke during our stay, but nothing too bad. Overall, not a very well-maintained or supplied rental (I.e. only 4 forks for a unit that sleeps 6).
Summary: Good, but not great, place to stay.
