The wooden house is a converted old farmhouse (old part), which has been fully restored, renovated and cozy and nicely decorated. The main house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living areas. Next door there is a sauna, a bathroom and another bedroom. The house is well equipped and sufficient. For example, you will find everything in the kitchen, which is of course a well-appointed budget. For mushroom lovers can be seen in the surrounding forests many fungal species, & c. Find chanterelles, porcini mushrooms, Red Caps, Trumpet Chanterelle. Various recreational activities in the area offer a variety of options to move. The C. 200 m away, limited bathing beach has a sand / Grobkiesstrand, a lawn and is maintained by the community.
In the nearby village of Urshult (1.5km) there is a bakery that bakes daily delicious fresh rolls, bread and cakes. In Urshult there is also a bike rental.
In case of health problems, we recommend the medical center in Tingsryd or Ryd. Both have a German-speaking doctor.
The house has its own boat dock. We have 2 canoes and 2 motor boats, some of which are for rent. The handling of the payment of the cost of boats, canoes, cleaning and the amount of the deposit must be agreed with the landlord and paid to them according to his specifications.
