A nice living area with a full size refrigerator, microwave, wet bar and hall half bath finish the space. A laundry room is on this level, as well. Easy access to the swimming pool.
On the second level, you will encounter a great room area complete with comfortable seating and a large screen smart TV. The kitchen has Bosch stainless appliances, granite counters and countertop bar seating...ideal for chefs of all ages. Plenty of seating in the dining area. A half bath is just off the great room. Four bedrooms are on this level; a King suite, a Queen suite, a Bunk suite (Twin/Double & Twin/Twin), and another Bunk suite (Twin/Double & Twin). All four bedrooms have a smart TV and come with an adjoining bathroom with double vanities (three have showers and the fourth with a tub/shower combo). A second laundry room is on this level.
The third level offers a fun recreation area complete with a TV, seating, arcade and a half bath. This is the best level to enjoy the ocean and bay views.
The enjoyment flows outside where you will find the salt water swimming pool, plenty of outdoor seating, outdoor shower, fenced yard, and a grill. The beach is just a few blocks away.
