Secular granite house, rustic and typical of the serrania beirรฃ, with some pieces of period furniture from the dwelling inserted in a small quiet village next to the Mondego, overlooking the Serra da Estrela. It has a wood oven, which was for years the community of the village. It has capacity for several people and all amenities, having been the residence and main permanent residence of its owners. It has been completely remodeled recently. Distances in km: Viseu -27; Seia -20; Caldas da Felgueira thermal spa -2; Termas de Alcafache - 15.

Inserted in a very quiet village, with a friendly and welcoming neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but with good accessibility and close to the A25.
