It is the only listed private buildings all over the place and with its unique location and its atmosphere very special. The whole chalet including the plot of 2000m², with sauna and card player house is at your disposal for use, as well as the parking spaces in front of the house. It has been recently refurbished and is recently leased exclusively as a whole house. Recently, we also have a second chalet, the Chalet Zoila is located independently, 100 meters from Chalet Leckplått.

Summary: We were a group of 3 adults and 4 children (young teens) staying for a week in June. Our experience couldn't have been better. The house was as described, amenities were fantastic and generally very modern. Most of all, our host, Michaela, was SUPER responsive, friendly and exceptionally helpful. Whenever we had a question or issue (which only happened a few times) she responded very quickly. The house is located in a little village WAY UP the valley - a solid 10-15 minute drive up from Merano. Very very peaceful and bucolic. The chalet's common rooms like the kitchen/dining room aren't super big, but are well appointed and very cozy. Appliances and amenities were really good and they had a separate sauna that you can use if you want. Also had some games for the kids. You can also have fresh bread/milk delivered each morning, which we took advantage of, and they have a selection of jams, juices, beers, wine that you can buy from them - you just settle up when you do the checkout. Overall, we had a great time and can't say enough about how great Michaela is!!
