Summary: The apartment was more than we expected. It was spacious and very clean with awesome views from the living, dining, kitchen, and both bedrooms which were on an upper level with 2 full baths. The kitchen was well equipped with a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Starbucks is across the street and a great mall with large grocery store was at our feet. The Oriente Train station is across the street along with the Metro. Ricardo, our host was gracious and full of great information and was alway quick to respond to our needs and questions. We spent a weekend in Porto and while we were away, he provided an interim apartment cleaning which we did not expect but was very nice. We stayed at the apartment for 10 days and it was all absolutely great. I highly recommend Ricardo and this apartment. The location was a 10 for us as it is close to everything and only a 20-25 min Uber ride to the city center.
