Conveniently located within the popular sub-division of Calabay Park, this sunny home away from home will situate you close to all the attractions, as well as plenty of shops and restaurants! Disney World is 14 miles away and other must-visit attractions are a short drive away as well, including Epcot, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Avatar Flight of Passage, Soarin' Around the World, Universal Studios, and so much more.
One of the biggest draws of this home besides its prime location is the covered lanai featuring an L-shaped heated pool with an attached spill-over spa. Spend refreshing evenings in the water and treat yourself to a soothing bath in the pool spa. The lanai also enjoys a covered patio with an outdoor dining area, a charcoal grill, and poolside loungers.
Inside, the open floor plan seamlessly combines all the living spaces into one - perfect for entertaining! The family room also has access to the pool area through sliding glass doors. Wind down in the living room as you stream favorite shows and movies on the smart TV with cable and streaming, or break out any of the provided board games for an entertaining evening at home. Equipped with all the essentials, the well-appointed kitchen will make cooking a breeze. Just off the kitchen is a breakfast area with a table and also a more formal dining area. There are two primary bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms. Both main bedrooms have private access to the pool area. There are two further bedrooms that share the family bathroom.
