Summary: Kimber was VERY responsive and helpful and the home had a fully stocked kitchen (including coffee and a bottle of wine), clean, comfortable beds, and plenty of bath and beach towels, fruit trees out front, yoga mats on the upstairs deck (we did yoga most mornings), and a great location for getting to La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Downtown - nothing was all that far away. One heads up that while it does sleep 5, both bathrooms are in bedrooms, so you need to walk into someone's room to use it. Wasn't an issue for us (former roommates), but good to be aware of going in. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the house.
