Seagulls and other birds are protected by the Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA) and are known to interact closely with residents of the Bird Rock neighborhood. Please NEVER feed and/or touch the birds. If a bird has nested nearby, please allow nature to take it's course and enjoy the beauty of our ocean's wildlife!
