Positive: This little gem of a place is owned and managed by Natascha and Marco. The house is their passion and it is obvious from everything we saw, that they have put their heart and soul into it. Every little detail matters to them. Natascha only wanted to ensure that we were happy. Her English is very good and from the moment we communicated by Whatsapp she was always ready to reply with help for whatever we wanted. The house is spotless. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is clean and the shower is great. The decor reflects the hosts personality - thoughtful, respectful, and committed to your comfort. And there are some lovely words and art on the walls. The best place we have seen whilst walking on the Via Francigena. Thank you Natascha. You made us feel so welcome and when we had problems with the pellot burner because we have never used one before, you were available immediately to help us. Well done and thanks again Natascha. We will stay here again if we come back in the future with our car, and we recommend your house to everyone, especially pilgrims on the Via Francigena. (Also there is a great trattoria 5 minutes walk from Natascha's house)

Negative: You would be crazy if you didn't like everything.
