The apartment is on the ground floor of our 2-family house. We live in the basement apartment. The apartment is bright and friendly. TV (LCD) and Internet available (Internet as usual in the country, unfortunately, not particularly fast).
There are no parking problems here - the car is parked directly in front of the house.
The house is in a cul-de-sac, so traffic is correspondingly low. Children are welcome - and the street desperately wants to be decorated with chalk. The neighboring forest and sports field invite you to pour and romp.
