Positive: We had an unforgettable stay at Joey’s property.!!! We live in southern m California and we have vacationed in San Diego, La Jolla, Encinita multiple times. We usually use Airbnb because of kitchen and have usually paid $700 -$1000 per night. This time, we used booking.com as we were visiting our son in SD for one night and didn’t need the kitchen. But Joey’s apt was soooo beautiful, comfortable, filled with nice ‘chi’ AND equipped with a kitchen with all kinds of spices and oils that we extended our stay. We are glad we did!!! Joey is an amazing host, kind, attentive generous and quick to respond to any inquiries. The view from the rooftop is SPECTACULAR! I feel the rate was too good to be true! The description of the apt in the booking.com is precisely what the apt actually is. In fact, what the apt actually offered exceeded the expectation I had when booking. You won’t regret if you book this place! And you will also be very happy to meet a fantastic host and a great person, Joey!
