Looking for a place to crash while in Austin? Whatever is drawing you to downtown ATX, we're here to make your experience everything and more! Steps away from Lady Bird Lake with trails for jogging, vendors to rent a paddle board and Rainey Street for barhopping, dining and night life. Beautiful views, clean luxurious rooms & an extremely responsive host will make you feel right at home.
The space:
Enjoy our two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo one block from Rainey Street and Lady Bird Lake!
Our King bed is located in the primary bedroom, the Queen-sized bed is in the second bedroom and there is a Queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room with a memory foam topper for your friends who couldn't miss out on the Austin fun! Each bed has mattress and pillow protectors and luxury cotton linens. We also provide eye covers, ear plugs, and a sound machine in each bedroom to ensure even the lightest sleepers rest easy.
The primary bathroom has a double vanity with a shower, and the second bathroom has a tub shower and single vanity. Both contain makeup removal microfiber cloths, essentials like shampoo/conditioner, body wash & body butter, hair dryers and thick bath, hand and face towels which makes getting ready for a fun day of adventures a breeze!
Plan on staying longer than one weekend? We have a full kitchen which makes dining in and cooking as enjoyable as it is at home. We have pots, pans, bakeware, a toaster, a blender, citrus squeezer and even a Beast to make smoothies! Our dining room seats 6 comfortably and we provide place settings for 8. Our living room consists of a soft brown leather sleeper sofa, warm throws and top rated books for rainy days. Connect your phone to our Bluetooth Smart TV or our Bluetooth speaker to set the mood. Whatever floats your boat! Since we are a block from the Hike & Bike Trail and a short walk to Zilker Park & Barton Springs, we provide a picnic backpack, waterproof picnic blanket, mesh backpack for swimming at Barton Springs, XL Beach Towels, a frisbee, a soccer ball and bug spray as well as sunblock.
For those traveling with little ones, we provide a Pack N Play, a high chair, some plastic plates/utensils and books – all of which are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
Amenities available to our guests include: Heated Rooftop Pool, RoofTop Clubhouse, Fitness Center with 3 private Peloton bike rooms where you can login to your Peloton subscription, Yoga Studio, Outdoor Meditation Deck, and a fantastic Work From Home area next to the Lobby with Cuvee Coffee Shop where they serve cocktails as well.
What sets us apart from the other available condos? GREAT question!
We provide not only amazing communication and problem-solving, but amenities! Don't depend on the downstairs coffee, we provide a Nespresso with a variety of pods in the privacy of your own room. Are you a tea drinker? Same here! We have a tea kettle and a sampler box of Tea Forte teas. We'll also make sure you have basic essentials for cooking, cleaning, and snacking. Since glass is not allowed on the rooftop pool deck, we make sure to go above and beyond and provide plastic cups and carafes for your drinks so the party never stops! Have your clothes suffered from the long travel? Use our in-unit laundry where we provide plenty of detergent, dryer sheets and an ironing set to keep your outfit looking fresh! The condo was professionally decorated so it has a special Austin vibe and we are constantly updating it. The balcony is our favorite spot of the condo with a view of Lady Bird Lake and plenty of comfy seating.
We LOVE feedback and want to make sure that the next time you come back to stay with us, we've become even closer to your dream vacation home. Most importantly, we're independently managed so you'll solely communicate with me or my amazing property manager who exclusively manages only three condos in this building. We're easy to reach since you're our only concern and we love to go above and beyond for our guests.
We just want to make sure to set your expectations and understand where we may be slightly pricier, you'll see that we go out of our way to make sure you don't sweat a thing during your stay!
THE BUILDING:
We want to be as transparent as possible and make sure that our guests understand that the Natiivo building was created for short-term rental properties. The majority of the units are rented out to guests from all over the world visiting Austin, which makes meeting fellow tourists fun and easy!
CHECK-IN PROCESS:
Upon your arrival please head to our reception/front desk. The staff will verify your identity and release up to 6 key cards to you. You can also ask them any questions about the building amenities, regulations and the neighborhood. But remember we are always a text message or a phone call away to be of assistance with any questions or issues.
PARKING:
Our garage parking is Valet only. It is $40/night with in & out privileges, or $20 for the day, EV charging is also available for an extra $10 for a charge. Street parking is right outside of our building, it is free after 6pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and all day on Sundays. We always advocate to use the ParkATX App, it makes adding money to your meter extremely easy so you don't have to stress about running out to update your payment. We've lived here in Austin for a long time, we're full of tips and tricks.
GUEST AMENITIES:
The 33rd Floor - A heated rooftop pool with cabanas, sun loungers and arguably the best view of the entire downtown skyline and Ladybird Lake (don't miss the sunset). Guests will also have access to a rooftop clubhouse that has Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, ping pong table and an extra large flat screen TV for big game day watch parties.
The 10th Floor- A full Fitness Center with all the exercise equipment you could ask for including 3 private Peloton Bike Rooms that you can log in to your subscription and use whenever you'd like! A Yoga Studio and we provide yoga mats in the unit. Last but not least Outdoor Meditation Deck that is perfect to catch a breath of fresh air after a hard workout.
