Summary: We really liked the accommodation itself. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly. For people who plan their stay and travel destinations on Phuket individually, it is actually ideal accommodation. When we were planning, it was clear to us that it was a holiday apartment. The holiday apartment room, however, is not ideal: although there is a well-equipped kitchen, the space where you are supposed to eat your home-cooked meals was very tight, at least in our room. We cannot say whether it is better in other rooms. Our recommendation, therefore, is to ask what the room is actually like before booking. There are obviously rooms of varying quality levels, but this was not clear to us when booking.
