2 Bedroom House in Riantec
Situation, presentation: the longรจre (located due south) is located in the town of Riantec, in a charming village close to the picturesque and green site of the chapel of Saint Jean (in the heart of the hiking trails of the town).
It has just been completely renovated (in 2019) and we have done everything to keep it authentic.
In a superb setting, you will enjoy the calm of the countryside, close to the sea (the small sea of Gรขvres is 5 minutes, the peninsula of Gรขvres and Port-Louis at 8 minutes).
We will be there to welcome you (us or someone from our family).
You will reside in the main part of the farmhouse (the only one converted into housing).
You can have one of the outbuildings (or a ping pong table will be at your disposal), a terrace (with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue) and of course the entire garden
Description of the cottage: on the ground floor: a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious "room - living room" of 60 m2, 1 bedroom (160x200), a bathroom (with walk-in shower and a WC), another small room for the washing machine.
Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds "90x200" (possibility of connecting them). Another room can possibly be used as an extra bedroom (with, for example, the provision of a baby bed and changing table.
Also upstairs, a bathroom (with shower) and a separate toilet.
Please note: in the case of a stay for 2 people, we reserve the possibility of making only the ground floor available.
