Positive: This property is bright, spacious, and spotless with just about everything a group would need for a vacation or getaway. The appliances are new and top notch! The property manager has considered every need and made sure it is available on site, from tabletop appliances, to board games, to the coffee station, name it and it was there.. We loved that we could gather in the greatroom and still be doing different things, all at the same time. Our group was in Stafford for a family event and this home was perfect accomodation for a group of us from out of state.
Negative: 2/10 for how far it is from the main highway. It's not convenient if you ve forgotten that key ingredient for your recipe or need to run back to the room for the item left behind. Just know that it will be a 20-minute drive to get it. The property is not suited for those who need to go back and forth because of how long it takes to get it to restaurants, stores, and shops. Our event was just after an anticipated winter storm. There is a heat system, but heat never reaches the hallways and game rooms. It was a significant shift in temp when stepping out from a bedroom to go to the restroom. Footwear on the chilly laminate floor or tile is recommended. Just a few suggestions: -Additional wash cloths are needed. There were a few cutely labeled "makeup" but not enough for each person. -bluetooth speaker. The property has almost everything, so why not?
