You can choose not to have the pool heated by requesting the fees to be removed and we will happily adjust it for you. ** Graduated heated pool 3โ-5โ-3โ with Baja shelf is great for children. Please be advised that the pool is heated using ambient air so the temperature may vary between 75-85 degrees in cold or inclement weather. Master suite includes king size bed, walk-in closet and 65" smart TV. Bedroom 1 has queen size bed, armoire for clothing, 40" Roku TV. Bedroom 2 is staged with 2 twin beds, armoire for clothing, 50" smart TV. Futon in office area opens to sleep 1 additional person, however there is no door for privacy. Full size washer & dryer, ironing board and iron.
