Unit also has separate laundry room with full size front load washer and dryer.
Property is conveniently located across from the Wells Fargo building downtown, and within walking distance to some of the city's finest restaurants, and shopping at the McArthur Center Mall - to include movie theater. Access to new light-rail train system is directly accessible upon exiting the building, with plenty of access to other means of public transportation. The night life is incredible, with daily functions at two of the city's convention centers. They are both immediately accessible and are only a few steps away from the loft. Easy access to major interstates and tunnels. Major airport located only 15 minutes away. Access to Greyhound within one block walking distance.

Light Rail directly located outside of condominium. Free concierge transportation for downtown residents to all areas of downtown. Amtrak to Washington, DC conveniently located about five minutes from downtown. Greyhound station one block away.
