• GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: Our neighborhood is a lovely, quiet residential area. Quiet hours (9 PM-8 AM) are strictly enforced per city ordinances. NO outdoor noise during this time, and music/noise inside the home cannot be loud enough to be heard outside. Daytime noise levels must be under 60 dBA. Outdoor music and/or excessive noise (e.g yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times.
• NO parties. Evidence of a party or unauthorized event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence, will result in a fine of $5000, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages.
